Terms of Sale

The Terms of Sale are part of Lucas Mobile Auto Detail Terms of Use and are additional terms by which all users or guests must abide when using the service. When booking via phone or email with Lucas Mobile Auto Detail , you are required to read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been confirmed, you are bound by the terms and conditions herein.

Packages

Lucas Mobile Auto Detail offers various detailing packages suitable for different vehicle types. Prices and package contents are subject to change at LMA Detailing's discretion at any time; all such changes will be updated on our official website.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Bookings are charged upon completion of the requested service. Lucas Mobile Auto Detail accepts Cash, Check, Venmo & Zelle payments. In the event of a declined payment/check, Lucas Mobile Auto Detail will require the customer to provide an alternative payment method for the service rendered. A collection process will be initiated 48 hours after notification of a declined payment.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Customers are advised to remove all personal belongings, money, and significant items from their vehicle prior to any detailing service. Lucas Mobile Auto Detail assumes no liability for loss or damage to personal property, including the vehicle being serviced or items within the vehicle, or to the location of service, pre-existing vehicle damage, hidden interior conditions & aftermarket equipment failure. Ensure your vehicle is serviced in a lawful and safe area; communicate any concerns to your detailing specialist. All vehicles are cleaned at the owner's risk and must withstand normal cleaning processes. Liability for any damage as a result of cleaning is limited to the cost of the service.  We may alter or reschedule bookings due to staffing, weather conditions, or equipment failure. A minimum 20% surcharge applies to cleaning involving hazardous materials.

Photo Policy

We love showcasing our work! We may take before-and-after photos of your vehicle for use on our website and social media. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties. If you prefer we do not photograph your vehicle, just let us know - no problem at all. 

Late Cancellation & Rescheduling

 To ensure the best experience for all clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Repeated cancellations or rescheduling patterns may result in a required prepayment for future bookings. We reserve the right to decline future services to clients with a pattern of late cancellations, no-shows, or repeated rescheduling. 

Appointment Time

Technician arrival may be delayed due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances. Please allow a 30-60 minute window for arrival. We endeavor to notify clients of any delays promptly.

By accessing our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws, and regulations. These materials are protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access.

 A Few Things to Know Before Booking

 Our professional-grade equipment requires a flat, spacious driveway with access to water and electricity - unfortunately, we're unable to service apartments or certain townhomes.  We'll confirm if your location qualifies when you book
